Abou the Presenter:  Roy Brewer

Roy is a Project, Program and Portfolio Management senior trainer and consultant with over thirty years of practical performance and extensive successful management experience. His project management, information technology, business analysis, organizational development, and strong leadership experiences highlight these skills obtained working with a variety of industries on complex projects. Roy has also outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Senior Trainer and Consultant. Instructs and consults in the fields of project, program, and portfolio management as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.

Kaman Precision Products Inc., 2016 – 2019
Operations Project Manager. Established comprehensive plans for 7 failing programs to correct inconsistent performance and ensure on-time customer delivery. Developed detailed plans for two new contracts on dormant programs to qualify suppliers, confirm the bills of materials, qualify all incoming parts, and re-establish production. Created and managed programs to qualify suppliers, replace obsolete parts, operational alignment with corporate standards, and direct non-conforming product rework with a return to stock.
